Week 8 - Data collection through reframe and plotting tests result of the HPC system

Introduction _______________________________________________

This week, I have finalised last week’s test and continued changing the tasks and CPUS variables, leading to some errors after modifying to the medium setting. The errors were sanity, wait_run, in the lower variables, such as single and double tasks, and cpus on Tuesday.

Additionally, the following two days, three and five, have started to experience the same errors that led to great confusion, providing a valuable learning opportunity.

Finally, I have learned the importance of producing a benchmark, including the reason behind it.

Challenges _______________________________________________

I faced some challenges that affected my progress in the project results. The main issues were getting the software running and plotting graphs. It has led to the exploration of streamlit and jupyter.
